Dreamchasers
Originally, Maddison, Peter, and Lynne started a letter of agreement (LOA). It was present in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, the Amway United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, and Greece, among other places.
It stood for Divine Revelation Empowering A Man as well as Chaser, which refers to someone who is attempting to follow or overcome another.
Florence, Bill, and Peggy had an impact on the name because his team's name contained the word "dreamchaser," and while Dreamchasers was in the process of being established, Florence, Bill, and Peggy, or members of their team, were regular attendees at Dreamchasers functions.
It was at its peak when it published its own monthly magazine.
There has been a shift away from solely sponsorship with a personal consumption focus to sponsoring with a retail consumption focus. Peter evaluated the organisation based on the KPI net profit/per active IBO, which resulted in the decision to refocus the organisation. He was dissatisfied with the outcomes of his investigation.
This transfer was completed successfully, despite the fact that many distributors were opposed to the change.
In December 2005, Peter and Lynne Maddison announced their retirement from the Amway business. They have never stated publicly why they quit, but they did notify their superiors in July 2005 that they would be stepping down from their positions.
There were several rumours that they were about to leave and join another company, but they did not do so and had never expressed such a desire to their superiors.
