Melukote, Balakrishna & Anitha
It is possible that Bala Melukote owes his life to his AMWAYTM firm, although this would be an exaggeration. However, it's possible that this isn't the case. Bala was involved in a tragic vehicle accident and had major brain injuries as he and Anitha were on their way to Emerald. He and Anitha were both former speech pathologists. In Anitha's words, "the doctors told us they didn't think he would make it." “And if I did, I'd definitely end up as a vegetable,” Bala continues. He had been in a coma for over two weeks at the time.
“My physicians gave up on me since I was utterly nonresponsive,” Bala explains. The entire time, his upline Diamond accompanied him to the hospital, actively overseeing his care, continuing to converse with him even when he didn't react, and ensuring that only positive things were said about him by others.
When his upline called him one day, he miraculously opened his eyes and stated, "Bala, I want you to open your eyes." After spending two months in the hospital, Bala was subjected to numerous operations, including two brain surgery.
When Bala was recovering, Anitha's upline arranged for our local team to take care of the cooking and cleaning as well as grocery shopping as well as the kids. This substantially reduced her family's stress, according to Anitha. “Thanks to their assistance, Bala was able to overcome all chances and return home walking and talking.”
He and Anitha are extremely pleased that they had grown their AMWAY business to the extent that they had before the disaster. “We came to the realisation that if we wanted financial security, we would have to do things on our own,” Bala says of the realisation.
Despite the fact that it took them some time to get back on track during Bala's rehabilitation, they were eager to make it big once they did. According to Bala, “we think that when you start something, you should finish it properly.” “As a result, we never stopped.” Bala now believes that what happened to him was actually a blessing in disguise.
“It revealed my true self to me, and it taught me that I did not want to give up what we had. We were well aware that not everything goes as smoothly as planned. When faced with little problems, many people become demoralised and give up. Nevertheless, they believe their business experience has taught them to put other people above their own interests.
“We were compelled to think about someone other than ourselves; assisting them in achieving their objectives was beneficial to us.”
