For the Ramírezes, the opportunity to build their own business and have personal and financial freedom in a shorter period of time than a traditional business has been the main engine that has driven them in growth and development as Amway Entrepreneurs.
"People do not develop the business for two reasons: one, because they do not understand it and two, because they are financially free," say mother and son. And it is that the mental barriers that people have and the fears of undertaking something new and different have been the main challenges that have been presented to them along the way. However, they found the answer to all these obstacles in one word: trust. "Believing in yourself is the most important thing, when you believe in yourself, people join your vision and make it their ultimate goal."
Finally, Carmen and Ángelo share a reflection that has marked their lives. "The most important moment of our lives is now, do not allow doubt and delay to impose your destiny, time is your greatest treasure. Big fish swim in the ocean, learn to get out of that comfort zone in which you find yourself; many times we have to let go of things we were clinging to to save ourselves, stop being prisoners and get the much-desired freedom, that's why we decided to work a hundred hours for freedom, than forty for security ”.
