Story
Brad and Leslie Wolgamott are members of the Double Diamonds organisation situated in Washington, DC.
Over a period of several years, the couple made the decision to discontinue their marriage partnership.
With the help of World Wide Dream Builders, Leslie has continued to build and lead the company; however, Brad has now left the company and established his own training firm.
Since Brad's departure, Leslie has joined the WWDB Management Team and has made a significant contribution to the growth of the company in Canada, guiding several recent business builders to the Platinum, Ruby, Emerald, and even Diamond levels.
After initially being sponsored into Amway, Brad and Leslie opted to leave when their sponsors wanted to venture outside of the WWDB leadership.
Brad Duncan encountered Brad Wolgamott at a gas station a few years later and exchanged phone numbers with him.
Brad Duncan stated over a cup of coffee that Brad Wolgamott was not cut out for this profession and that he lacked the necessary qualifications.
The challenge presented itself to Wolgamott, who went on to achieve Double Diamond status as a result of his efforts to establish himself.
Brad and Leslie received their Diamond certification in 1992, Executive Diamond certification in 1997, and Double Diamond certification in 1999.
Later, in 1999, the Wolgamotts entered into a contract with Quixtar.com, which enabled them to move their membership base to the World Wide Web.
This significant shift compelled them to research trends and participate in a completely new industry, complete with new prospects and businesses.
Because of his drive and passion in and outside of the workplace, Brad is now in high demand as a speaker and advisor across the world.

Philanthropy
A baseball field was constructed by Brad Wolgamott in order for his son's baseball club, The Shockers, to be able to compete in their league.
In order to play on their private "Field of Dreams," they invite groups of inner city and at-risk children, as well as athletic teams and religious youth organisations, to participate.
Brad and Leslie donate to the Ronald McDonald House and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center on an annual basis, respectively.
Their business and the Northwest Dream Team, an organisation they founded nine years ago, both enable them to donate money to groups that assist at-risk youngsters in the community they live in.
They often travel to other nations, such as the Philippines, where they donate money to impoverished communities and orphanages in need of assistance.
One of their greatest loves is the purchase of medical supplies for these individuals. (Image courtesy of a Seattle Times article)
