Controlling Time And Money?

Both in terms of time and money. When you have complete control over both, you are financially independent. At least, that's how the Amway business was presented to me when I inquired about it. At the time, it made perfect sense. If you have enough money, you are not need to have a job and to report to work on a daily basis. You were able to manage your time because you had adequate money. It sounded like a fantastic deal to be able to sleep in every day and not be concerned about money. It appears to be so straightforward. Join Amway, wait 2-5 years, and you'll get there. But can anyone think of a diamond who went through the 2-5 year process and walked away with financial independence? I can't come up with a single example. I did witness gems and crowns resigning or dying in their positions.

However, for the vast majority of people, joining Amway (and the methods) results in the loss of what they seek the most. Both in terms of time and money. It is possible that those interested in starting a business will be told that they must put money and time into it. While this may be true, I do not believe that there is any legitimate evidence to support the relationship between putting time and money into the Amway business and earning a significant income. So many people have put in years and thousands of dollars (or even millions of dollars) into a business just to walk away with nothing or significant losses in the end. My sponsor was a physician who was away from his office for several days at a time (resulting in lost revenue), and his oldest child (son) probably didn't see him very much because he was out demonstrating the plan every evening. You can earn more money, but you will never be able to make up for lost time.

Diamonds offer the image of being filthy rich with nothing to do but golf and shop, but there is now evidence that diamonds may not be all that they are cracked up to be, according to some. Bankruptcy, foreclosures on homes, former diamonds speaking out, diamonds relocating their Amway groups, diamonds maybe selling their homes and downsizing are all possible outcomes. According to my observations, there are likely many diamonds who are experiencing financial difficulties, and they have not dodged the bad economy, as they may have claimed in a meeting. Many people in the United States are burdened by debt. What makes you think diamonds that flaunt a wealthy lifestyle are any different? Seriously, take some time to consider this seriously.

If diamonds were truly as free and fabulously rich as they like to portray themselves, why don't any of the bigger pins ever decide to retire from the business and live on one of those idyllic tropical islands that they like to brag about? What is it about them that they are continually attending and running functions? I'm going to bet that the majority of them are performing these duties because they have no choice. In my opinion, a significant many of these diamonds are in debt and trying to represent a lifestyle that they can't really afford. According to appearances, the diamond lifestyle is one of luxury and extravagance. But, really, can a few hundred thousand bucks per year provide such a service? It is undeniable that even many elite athletes who earn a lot of money end up destitute or in debt within five years after retiring from the sport. Perhaps this explains why diamonds will never be able to retire. But they continue to "love" their downline while continuing to work?

Whether you are considering joining Amway in order to gain more time and money, I strongly advise you to keep track of your progress to determine if you are actually gaining time and money. However, if you look closely, you will likely discover that what you wish more of is actually what you have less of. That is, in terms of both time and money.
