World Wide Group
World Wide Group, LLC, also known as WWDB also known as World Wide DreamBuilders, delivers Professional Development Programs to IBOs. It is managed by a board of directors known as Management Team and has an executive team that controls the day-to-day operations of the firm and it's divisions. The company employs almost 40 individuals, comprising multiple divisions.
Due to the Puryears' vision that WWDB would be owned and operated by the IBOs that it serves, ownership of WWDB was transferred to all Diamonds involved with the organisation. WWDB connected IBOs become shareholders in the World Wide Group once they have qualified for Diamond status.

World Wide Group (WWG) is an organization that provides training and support to independent company owners (IBOs) within the Amway network in order to assist those IBOs in the expansion of their enterprises. In 1994, Jim and Nancy Dornan, both of whom were Diamond level IBOs, established the organization that would later bear their names.
The WWG provides its members with access to a wide range of resources, such as training seminars, conferences, and programs designed to build leadership skills. They also offer individual coaching and mentorship to help Independent Business Owners (IBOs) expand their enterprises and realize their ambitions.
The significance of cultivating healthy relationships with one's clients and one's colleagues is one of the guiding concepts that WWG places a high emphasis on. The company encourages independent business owners to always operate in the way that is most beneficial to their consumers, as well as to foster a culture that values honesty, trust, and accountability.
