Girish & Priti Sambyal Amway

A roller coaster journey, complete with all the masala of a Bollywood pot boiler is how we got from near bankruptcy in traditional business to Diamond-ship status in Amway business.

Even before I met and married Preeti in 1987, I had worked as an entrepreneur. I have been self-employed since graduating from college in 1983, running a variety of small and large businesses throughout the years. I failed in the majority of them, but I continued to struggle and never applied for a job, despite the fact that I had a bachelor's degree in management.

My father served as a Major in the Indian Army until he was honourably discharged from active duty in 1979. As a result, we were just scraping by on a small army pension. I recall my mother having to take up a second job to help maintain the family. Those were challenging days, but as the saying goes, "Tough times never last, but tough people do," and we were able to make it through.

Even though we are a very supportive and close-knit family, the thought of working and retiring did not appeal to me when I was younger. I began my company career with a small amount of capital, relying mainly on borrowed funds and financial institutions, and ended up in a significant amount of debt almost every time I started out. There was, on the other hand, a silver lining to the whole situation. Even before Amway came into our lives, I had travelled much internationally, primarily to European and Gulf nations, on behalf of my company.

For as long as I can remember, I've been a great dreamer, long before the renowned novel "Secret" was created. It wasn't long after Robert Kiyosaki's world-renowned best-selling book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" that I realised I wanted to be my own boss and run many enterprises. The only difficulty was that I couldn't figure out how to put the pieces of the puzzle back together afterward. My wife Preeti deserves special recognition for her unwavering support throughout all of my endeavours, even when I was broke and in debt to the tune of 40 lakhs. The Amway business has provided her with a lifestyle that most middle-class families could only dream of, all as a result of her determination and hard work.

We joined Amway India in 1998 and were designated Silver Producers from May 1998 onwards, and we have never dropped below the 21 percent commission level since then. Because we had lost a significant amount of money in our previous businesses, we felt that this venture was too basic for us. In the beginning, the initial investment was never an issue.... Working long hours and late into the night was second nature to me... Everything from time management to self-motivation to delayed gratification to the significance of having a mentor were things that I used to put into practise even earlier in my life. As a result, when we joined Amway, following the Britt System was a breeze and completely automatic. Preeti and I were convinced that the Amway business was too good to be true, and we really wanted it to work for us. As a result, we were prepared to go to any length to achieve victory. The Amway items were always of excellent quality! We never had any concerns about the quality or size of the bottles that we purchased. We started with 100 PV from the beginning, even though there were only six goods on the Indian market at the time.

We owe a debt of gratitude to our BWW mentors as well as the Amway organisation for a variety of reasons. Despite the fact that we started off with a debt of Rs. 40 lakhs in 1998, we are now completely debt-free. Prior to starting the Amway business, we lived in a modest apartment. We are now living in a massive palatial independent villa in one of Pune's most exclusive neighbourhoods, all owing to Amway's generosity. We used to drive a Maruti 800 before 1998, but now there are four automobiles parked in front of our bungalow. Our dreams of taking annual international vacations, purchasing ornaments for Preeti, having liquid cash in the bank, and everything else are becoming a reality for our family. This is the allure of Amway and the strength of the Britt System, to put it simply.

Amway represents the "Alladin ka Chirag," which, when rubbed, brings all of one's wishes to fruition, and BWW represents the goddess Laxmi, the Goddess of Wealth, whom we all pray to on a daily basis.

In short: Dream greater than your neighbour, and go for the Crown! We'll meet again on one of the world's beaches.

The Amway business has been very good to Girish and Priti Sambyal, who are married and have had a lot of success together. They operate out of India and have established a sizable and profitable network of Amway franchisees and business owners. The fact that they were able to climb the ranks of Amway thanks to their consistent effort, undying devotion, and unwavering dedication to their objectives is impressive.

In the year 1996, Girish and Priti were made aware of the business potential provided by Amway. They were having financial difficulties at the time, and they were seeking for a means to improve their lives and the lives of their family in order to provide for them. They recognized the opportunity presented by the Amway business and made the decision to take a risk in order to capitalize on it.

In the beginning stages of growing their Amway business, Girish and Priti were met with a number of obstacles. They had to put in a lot of effort to overcome the anxieties and beliefs that were holding them back, and they also had to deal with the rejection and criticism of others who did not believe in the Amway business model. However, they did not lose sight of their objectives and continued to put in long hours at the office, in addition to participating in Amway community gatherings and forming new connections with members of the organization.

The efforts that Girish and Priti put in over the course of time eventually began to pay off. They were successful enough in their Amway business to earn the Diamond rank, which is one of the company's highest degrees of achievement. As Diamonds, they have developed a sizable organization of prosperous Amway business owners and assisted a great number of people in achieving their own goals of financial independence through the company.

Both Girish and Priti are well-known for their abilities to mentor others and serve as leaders. They are dedicated to providing their team members with support in any way that is feasible and have a strong interest in assisting others in accomplishing their objectives. They feel that success in the Amway industry is not just about establishing a large organization, but also about assisting others in achieving their own personal and financial goals. This is because they believe that helping others achieve their goals is the best way to ensure their own success.

In addition to the work that they do in their Amway business, Girish and Priti are actively involved in a number of humanitarian endeavors in their local community. They have been contributors to a number of causes throughout the years, including those related to education and healthcare, since they are of the opinion that it is important to give something back to the community.

In summing up, Girish and Priti Sambyal are a married pair who have accomplished a great deal together in the field of Amway company. They have established a huge and prosperous organization of Amway business owners in India as a result of their hard work, devotion, and unwavering dedication to the achievement of their goals. They are well-known for their abilities as leaders and mentors, and they have a strong desire to see others flourish in the Amway industry thanks to the guidance they provide. The telling of their narrative can serve as a source of motivation for people who want to be successful and have a positive influence on the world.
