Before starting Amway's career at the age of 38, Yin Jianping had been a math teacher on the Sanchi Podium for 18 years. After a family change, the responsibility of supporting the family fell on Yin Jianping. At this time, Yin Jianping joined Amway, and thus found a turning point in changing the state of family life.
Over the years, Yin Jianping has always adhered to the values of Amway. Since Yin Jianping started the Amway career, her husband Wang Chengan has always silently respected and supported his wife. In 2001, Wang Chengan also resigned and worked with Yin Jianping.
