We could obviously use the money, so we decided to pursue this venture, despite the fact that we had no idea it would grow to the level it has.
'The bottom line has always been fairly straightforward,' says the author. I desired financial stability for my family.
My greatest ambition was not to own a collection of luxurious automobiles or to tour the world; rather, it was to ensure that my family would never have to worry about expenses or the pressures of everyday life.
It was peace of mind and quality time spent with my husband, enjoying each other's company, that I yearned for.
'Not only were our aspirations achieved, but the dreams of our children were as well.
In the years before his terrible death in a hunting accident, our eldest son, Dwayne, had the opportunity to travel to Europe, visit Disneyworld, and drive a Porsche.
The fact that she left us so suddenly, at the young age of 19, was devastating to our family.
Unfortunately, Nick Olynyk's life-altering events did not come to a close at that point either.
His wife Julie passed away only a few years after his son's death, as a result of her struggle with cancer.
It was at this point that Nick realised how supportive his friends and business associates had been of him during his ordeal with the company.
No matter whether they were assisting Nick with his business or providing comfort and aid, Nick recognised how much his business associates were like family to him.
Nick has been able to go on with his life as a result of all of the love and support he has received, and his business has continued to thrive as a result of it.
There is a happy conclusion to this storey.
Nick married his second wife, Barb, only a few years ago, and the two of them are enjoying the business together.
Nick still has the same dreams and aspirations as he did before.
Nick started his business for a variety of reasons, including freedom, peace of mind, security, and the opportunity to succeed.
These are the same reasons he continues to believe in this fantastic opportunity.
