As a former university lecturer and a former police officer, Kim and Garry Coles initially set out to build their Quixtar business with the simple goal of earning more money so that they could have more options in their lives.
They have now realised that starting a Quixtar business has had an impact on more than simply their financial situation.
Kim believes that the company has helped them to gain confidence and become more capable of reaching their full potential.
To fulfil their commercial objectives, the Coles have concentrated on two important areas: product use and retailing, as well as the registration of new Independent Business Owners.
They have never shied away from informing prospective IBOs that running a successful business involves hard work and dedication.
Garry and Kim are continuing to set new goals for their company, and they are looking forward to their daughter starting her own Quixtar company.
In the future, they hope to see the third, fourth, fifth, and sixth generations of their family working together to expand their company's reach.
