He is a second-generation IBO, since both his parents are Diamonds, and he and his wife Mia recently abandoned their respective occupations (his in business development, hers as a fashion designer) in order to sell more and mentor “the future generation of entrepreneurs.”
Almost all of their staff is under the age of 28 and includes many individuals who, like Toby, regard this as a long-term business career and value the prospects it provides.
Mia considers her company to be "the greatest platform for making a difference in people's lives." Not only does she appreciate "creating shared experiences" with her team, but she also enjoys "having the freedom to choose how I want to spend each day with our two children, Grace and Faith," she explains.
She enjoys the quality of the Artistry® skin care and cosmetics range as well, having previously worked in the fashion industry. “We have the very best of the very best,” says the leader.
Toby and Mia attribute their current level of achievement to "the camaraderie and mentorship" of their Double Diamond mentors, who they say "have made all the difference."
“They are great people who advocate for servant leadership without an agenda,” he continues. It will be replicated downline and will generate an excellent growing environment if you model it from the beginning.
