Life-long entrepreneurs, Encarnación and Walter always looked for different ways to get ahead in the traditional environment. And although they knew nothing about network marketing, they decided to give AMWAY a chance: "we wanted something to get out of the situation we were in, but we never imagined that there could be new ways of developing companies."
They still remember with great happiness their first approach to the Amway Business in 1996: "with a night call, a date at a restaurant at 10:00 p.m., and knowing the business plan on a napkin." But something so simple seemed, at the same time, an opportunity that they could not miss, so they decided to start their business. From that moment on, nothing could stop the couple and by attending a convention, they learned what they could obtain: "more than paying our debts, it offered us freedom and quality of life, which we began to enjoy from the year 2000, when we qualify at Diamond level. "
"In 2006 we qualified as Founding Diamonds, with a consolidated economic reality, with profitable investments, enjoying that our partners achieved their qualifications at all levels, of our six children, and many grandchildren!". At the end of that year, they decided to pause the activities at AMWAY to feed their spiritual side, through an association of Churches of which they are part.
In 2012 they qualify as the first Executive Diamond of Venezuela and in May 2013 they reach the level of Double Diamond.
