Story
As owners of the company at its greatest current level, Chuck and Jean Strehli may reflect back on their humble beginnings in the firm, which began when Chuck was a second-year law student at the University of Texas looking for a part-time employment.
Jean was a dietician who worked 60-70 hours per week while maintaining a rigorous schedule that included job and family obligations. When Jean learned of the plan, she says, "I chose not to be involved at the outset because I didn't have all the details and it made no sense to me." "I didn't see the plan when Chuck did," Jean says.
Chuck was first dubious, and he utilised his legal knowledge to extensively investigate the business and the corporation in which he was investing. It was successful.
By the time Chuck finished law school and passed the Bar test, the Strehlis had moved to Emerald and discovered that their part-time "student" salary was greater than that of the majority of law school instructors. He and his friends laughed as they recalled how Chuck "choosed not to tie himself down" with a law firm despite the fact that he was completely prepared to practise law. Since then, they have spent an average of one week every month travelling across the world as a family.
The Strehlis, who are now Crown Ambassadors, are live example of this "If you have 15 minutes here and 30 minutes there to spare, you can fit the business into your schedule as well as any other commitments. Currently, there is more possibility than at any other time... It all comes down to the use of time and duplication to your advantage."
