Ledbetter, Suzanne
TeamBuilders was formed by Curtis and Virginia Ledbetter, as well as Suzanne Ledbetter, who are also Double Diamonds. Jody and Kathy Victor are collaborators with the Ledbetters. Joe and Helen Victor, Jody's father and mother, were among the first founding members of the AWA Board of Directors. The Ledbetters were instrumental in establishing the largest deaf community of IBOs in the world, as well as one of the largest Spanish-language organisations in North America. The Ledbetters are great role models that are relentless in their goal of assisting others, both inside and outside of the business world.
After learning about the TeamBuilders possibility, Dr. Curtis Ledbetter announced, "We'll have to establish this business with the limited amount of time we've got." What time is it? As a university professor, an evening instructor, a church council member, a precinct chairman for a political party, and a liaison officer for the United States government, he was a busy man. Air Force Academy, a football official, a junior league football coach, and a chaplain for the Utah Air National Guard are among others who have served in these positions. Virginia was a teacher in an elementary school and the director of the church choir at the same time. They were working together to support the various activities that their children were involved in.
Despite their efforts, Dr. Ledbetter admits that they were still broke. As their company grew, they began devoting more time to it, and within seven months they achieved Silver status. The Ledbetter Family "I'm grateful Curtis was able to leverage his time through Private Franchising," says Virginia. "I'm grateful Curtis was able to leverage his time through Private Franchising." "I'm not sure how long he could have kept up all of those jobs, but we're grateful that he no longer has to!" Katie adds, "Rob made a good living as a lawyer, but he was always so busy at the office that we never had time to enjoy it!" The Return on the Investment Curtis summarises it best, "Time leveraging is the key. Every minute that we put into building this business has returned to us in dividends." During your conversation, they will inform you that their vision of TeamBuilders has grown over time.
They now consider TeamBuilders to be the most important tool for achieving financial growth and long-term stability. "It is extremely amazing for Curtis and me, as well as Suzanne, to be working together on such a tight basis," Virginia exclaims about the collaboration. Having a Positive Attitude "Of course, we experienced many challenges along the way," Suzanne recalls. "But we persevered and were rewarded with great, secure lifestyles for our families.
We've gained the flexibility to pursue the most essential things in life." "However, if you keep looking for reasons why you might not succeed, you will fail, plain and simple." Suzanne blocked out all of the negative thoughts and concentrated on the positive. Their winning mindsets, combined with her outstanding work ethic, have allowed the Ledbetters to build a phenomenal team that has achieved tremendous success together.
They live the life of a championship team. She is a full-time mother to her three children, and she has the flexibility to travel while also growing her career with Teambuilders International. She possesses the financial means to make major contributions to her church and charitable organisations; she possesses gorgeous dream homes; and she enjoys holidays in Europe, Africa, Israel, Hawaii, the Caribbean, and at her lake home in Canada, among other destinations.
When Suzanne and her husband took a spiritually uplifting vacation to Israel, where they walked some of the same paths that Jesus did, it became even more apparent to them how wonderful their business is. "We knew we had become teachers and coaches after all," Suzanne says. "Our team continued to grow while we were away!" Suzanne has always believed they would be successful with their business. "It's impossible for me to envision my life without this company," Suzanne says. You would do the same thing as us if you were aware of what we are aware of!
