One of the things that Amway supporters like to complain about is the money-back guarantee that Amway and the tool companies offer to its customers. As a result, joining and using the products and tools entails no risk for an IBO. But I'm curious as to how well-known this money-back promise is among the ranks and files of independent business owners. Given that IBOs are aware of this and that it is possible to get your money back, why are there a plethora of IBOs selling Amway items and tools at greatly discounted prices, I ask. If CDs are just $7 or $8 each, why would someone offer them in bulk quantities of 60 for $10? Why would someone offer a case of six tubes of glister toothpaste for $22 dollars? What do you think: Is the money-back promise a hoax, or is upline merely aggressive with IBOs in their downline who wish to return product?
I recently conducted some searches on eBay and Craigslist, and I discovered that if you search for amway products on either eBay or Craigslist, you will find a plethora of items for sale. Many of them are available at costs that are unbeatable even by Amway. Perhaps a prudent person would simply purchase them and return them to Amway, or purchase the tools that have not been opened and return them to upline. Apparently, the Independent Business Owners (IBOs) who are selling these diamonds were unable or unable to simply return them to Amway or their upline. When Amway apologists swear on a stack of Bibles that returning merchandise is simple and convenient, how can this be?

Since then, I've become very certain that anyone who phoned Amway would be able to return items. But, I assume it's feasible that the caller will be directed to an upline or sponsor somewhere in the process? As an IBO, all we did was return items to the platinum, which was an uncommon occurrence. I'm curious whether things have altered since then. When someone complains that the last major function was terrible and wants their $125 back, I wonder what the response would be from the top. It should be noted that people are selling BWW and WWDB tools at the link I provided. What kind of person would be willing to part with such crucial knowledge for such a modest sum of money? LOL
Perhaps independent business owners should look on eBay and Craigslist before making Amway purchases. Some sellers provide free delivery on all orders, regardless of whether the total purchase is $75 or less. Purchasing Amway items and tools from sources other than Amway could result in significant savings for you!
