Hardjono Sumaatmadja & Anie Setiawati Amway

 Hardjono has a master's degree in business administration and has worked as a metallurgical engineer for numerous years, while Annie has a dental degree and has worked as a dentist for several years. During the time when his friend introduced him to Amway, he was still running his own construction company. At the outset, their only objective was to provide financial support for their son's educational expenses. The key cause that motivated them to take their business more seriously was their attendance at their first Leadership Seminar in 1995, where Jim and Nancy Dornan were the principal speakers.
