Johannes received his bachelor's degree from Kansas University. American Oil Company for 17 years as a petroleum engineer, whereas Roma graduated from Boston University as a computer engineer and worked for a computer company for 7 years after graduating from Boston University as a computer engineer.
After being introduced to an American oil company by a buddy who showed them the plan but did not follow through, they decided to start their own firm.
Then they were sponsored by a local acquaintance from IBM in Indonesia, who happens to be a Diamond Beni & Rainy as well.
There, they share their business building strategies, which include being tenacious and maintaining a humble mindset while learning the system.
Several of their friends and family members are encouraged to pursue their dreams and goals.
