Khoo started out as a vocal opponent of the Amway business, successfully persuading more than 20 of his acquaintances to leave the company, including a 12-percenter. When he finally realised the potential of the Amway business, he stunned everyone by dropping out of his last year of his Engineering degree in Australia to focus on building his Amway business in 1982. His passion and commitment are the clearest examples of the energy he devotes to expanding the company into a global enterprise. He became involved in the Amway business twenty years ago when he gained a glimpse of the boundless potential of the organisation. His foresight has paid off in the form of successful Amway enterprises in Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, the United States of America, India, Singapore, and many other countries. Because he is actively partnering with ambitious Amway Distributors throughout his company, he has developed great camaraderie with people from all walks of life who believe in working together to create a better tomorrow through Amway. Khoo is also a Diamond Executive in the People's Republic of China. In Vietnam, he has a downline organisation with more than 20,000 members. By 2008, he will also be a Diamond in Korea.
