Both of them have the same educational background, having received their doctorate in psychology from the University of Indonesia. It was in the Human Resources field that they began their careers, with Frans' most recent position as Deputy Division Head of Human Resources in a large private bank in Indonesia, where he retired in 1999, and Pamela's most recent position as Human Resources Manager in a multinational company, where she retired in 1996.
In 1994, they were introduced to the Amway business by Chris Matindas, Pamela's brother; they started slowly because they did not have the belief and passion to build the business; their paradigm and belief changed when they attended the Network21 Weekend Seminar; after the seminar, they decided to build the business with full commitment, believing that nothing could stand in their way. They were promoted to the rank of ExecutiveDiamond in 1996.
They are constantly striving to be the best pupils among their peers. Their ambition is to assist their group in becoming Diamonds as well as to spread the word about this business opportunity to everyone they know in order to enjoy a wonderful life together. One of their dreams is to be significant individuals for the people they care about in their families, friends, and the wider community. They are extremely grateful to their family, friends, and the general public, and they are happy to be a part of Jim and Nancy Dornan's Network 21 family.
