Story

The world's first Double Crown Ambassador was born in this country. The first Asian Crown and Crown Ambassador, he was qualified in 1987 to become the first Asian Crown and Crown Ambassador. It took him till 1992 to be appointed Q12 Crown Ambassador (with 20 Q12 legs) before the Founders Crown Ambassador pin was established (2002). After 25 qualifying legs in 1994, he qualified as a new Double Crown Ambassador in 1996 with 42 Platinum legs and was named a recipient of the Federal Domestic Service Award (FDSA). In 1998, he was awarded 50 FAA points, which was the largest number of FAA points awarded anywhere in the world at the time. His organisation had 750,000 downline distributors in 1998, and the sales of his group accounted for 40% of Amway Japan's total sales that year. He possesses 11 Diamond legs, which include 5 Founders Crown Ambassadors (Takeshi & Hidemi Azumi, Shuji & Tomoko Hamamoto, Kenichiro & Yoshiko Hatayama, Takumi & Rieko Yamazaki, Mikio & Yuka Kaku, 6 Crown Ambassadors (Hosomi, Hiroshi & Hiromi, Hidekazu & Yuki Kajihara, Kitagi, Yasuyuk

In addition to being the founder of HECKEL, Kaoru Nakajima is also one of the founding members of TOP4. Kaoru joined the company when it was in its third year (1982) and rose through the ranks to become Crown Ambassador in five years (1987). Then, while attending an Executive Diamonds session, he misplaced his suitcase, which contained his Crown Ambassador pin. When Rich DeVos learned of this, he surprised him by giving him a new pin. He returned to Rich DeVos to return the pin, and Rich responded by saying, "Well, please keep the pin and continue to be a Crown Ambassador once more!" Afterwards, Nakajima made the decision to become a Double Crown Ambassador, demonstrating that it is possible to enter the business more than a decade late and still get to the top of the mountain.

An Amway Japan video featured Kaoru Nakajima's DreamHouse, a stunning private property in a prestigious district of Tokyo, which he built as the subject of the video. DreamHouse has been designated as a national monument by the Japanese government and cannot be demolished without the approval of the government.

Known as Kaoru, she was a member of American Diamond Robert Stonelake's international sponsored downline. Stonelake sold his business in the early 1980s to a partnership that included Jim and Nancy Dornan.
