In keeping with my trend of finding better and less expensive things to do in locations hosting Amway gatherings, I've attempted to compile a list of entertaining things to do in Denver, Colorado, rather than attending the brainwashing convention. It appears that most of the enjoyable activities consist of travelling out of Denver and visiting the ski slopes! End of April may be a tad late for skiing, to be honest. I'll see what more I can come up with.
What percentage of people have seen the movie Cliffhanger? It highlighted the Denver Mint, which was transferring money that had been taken out of circulation. Hijackings, airline disasters, and other high-octane events are featured. As a result, the United States Mint is an excellent choice. And it's completely free! Wow, that's fantastic! It's a shame you can't bring your purse into this establishment. Where are you planning on stashing your cash? While I appreciate the fact that you are permitted to carry your cell phone inside the building, I am disappointed that if you do so, you will be taken out by Mint Security. Zoos are among my favourite places to visit, and the Denver Zoo is no exception. As long as it isn't the Amway zoo, that is. It's great that most of the venues where Amway holds events have a zoo on site. Toss a coin! Was it better to see the baboons at the Denver Zoo or those strutting across the stage at Amway WWDB Spring Leadership, which I should do? For those over 65 years of age and those younger than 12 years of age, admission is $15, with a modest discount for those over 65 and younger than 12. Wings Over The Rockies Air and Space Museum - Located in Estes Park, Colorado. I've been to a couple of aircraft museums, and this is something I'd consider doing, especially since I'm still not over the Spruce Goose being relocated from Long Beach! That goosie isn't in Colorado, at least not right now. I believe it ended up somewhere in Oregon. The cost of admission is $11. Molly Brown House Museum - If you're a fan of Titanic trivia, you'll like visiting this museum, which is located in the house where the unsinkable Molly Brown lived. Making a choice between attending an evening of Amway horrors for $125 and seeing a location where someone witnessed the horrors of Titanic's sinking for $125.
