Diana Choo Amway

 It had been suggested to Simon and Diana numerous times that they visit the Amway business, but they had refused to go until the ninth try, when Simon was introduced to the Network TwentyOne System. This time, however, he noticed something odd.

It was at that time that they were prepared to relocate from Sydney to Malaysia for family reasons, and they were actively exploring for enterprises that they could start in Malaysia. Simon viewed the Amway business as a vehicle through which he might achieve his goal of becoming a self-employed individual. On arrival in Malaysia, they were met with a number of challenges, including the absence of the Network TwentyOne System, of meetings, of cassettes, of books, and of a top-level sponsor. The cherry on top of it all was that they barely knew five individuals and that Diana was completely against the venture! Simon claims that the reason they were able to grow the firm was because they took individuals to the Weekend Leadership Seminars (which were initially held in Australia) and convinced them to listen to recordings about leadership.

Diana's outlook on life was radically transformed after she participated in a leadership retreat in Hawaii. Diana made the decision at that event that she preferred to be with individuals she cared about rather than be confined to her difficult career as a financial accountant. Since becoming Diamonds, they have more time and energy to dedicate to their two children, Luke and Erin.

Simon and Diana believe that the continuous education programme, as well as the ideals taught by Jim and Nancy Dornan, have assisted them in being more effective parents. According to Diana, ".....we are not merely feeding, clothing, providing shelter, and providing education for these children, which is what most parents do if they are too busy to do it themselves." We have the opportunity to spend time chatting, playing, travelling, and passing on values that are important to us. There is also the benefit of being able to spend quality time with both of their extended families while on vacation.

They honestly feel that the worth of a firm is not solely based on the amount of money it generates. It is having the freedom to spend time with the people you care about.

A Business that can be passed down across generations

Father's Day present

In 1976, my father utilised his retirement funds to purchase a valuable gift for me: a Honda motorcycle. Even though it was only a 70cc motorcycle, it was a dream come true for a teenager like me at the time. Because I had a bike, I was able to move around more at work. After gaining more self-confidence, I travelled from Perak to Kuala Lumpur in search of a chance to pursue my ambition instead of living from paycheck to paycheck. I was well aware that I was on the lookout for a road that would bring me to success. There were numerous business prospects in the city, but to be considered for any of them, you had to meet a number of basic standards first, which could be difficult to meet. Those melancholy events during my first three years in Kuala Lumpur will remain etched in my memory forever. In February 1979, I was introduced to Amway, which provided me with a chance I had been looking forward to. I began establishing my Amway business on a small scale, part-time basis, with the use of my bicycle. It has been 27 years, and during that time there have been numerous stories and moving events that will remain in our hearts as wonderful recollections of the past. Today, what was once a small-scale part-time business has grown into an inheritable profession that provides the highest level of financial stability. Even though I now own a number of high-end automobiles of various makes and models, I haven't forgotten the tiny Honda motorcycle that was once my constant friend. I will be eternally grateful to my father for bestowing upon me this priceless gift that has altered the course of my entire life.

This is the beginning of a dream

In order to attain your objectives, you must plan for success at every stage of the process. Take a look at folks who are successful. Even the way they dress conveys a sense of accomplishment. This does not imply that you must dress in exclusively branded clothing, but that you must maintain a professional appearance, think optimistically, and be inspired by inspirational phrases to succeed. From the inside out, you must display yourself as a successful individual to others. There has to be a plan in your heart that you can see clearly and with confidence. Only then will you be on the correct track to achieving your goals. Confidence converts into a sense of optimism. Incredibly effective, it may reenergize you and bring about incredible improvements in your life! All of this boils down to a fight of the minds, after all. In the event you had realised this sooner, you would not have continued to do exactly what you were doing in the same manner when you knew it was not going to work.

I vividly remember the time when one of my team members and I went door-to-door on our motorcycles to sell AMWAYTM items in a posh residential neighbourhood as a test of our courage and ability to overcome our fears. When I saw those luxurious condominiums, I told my partner that I planned to build my dream home there, using an environmentally friendly design approach. With the assistance of Amway, I was able to realise my dream 27 years after I first set out on my journey. I designed and built a house that is one-of-a-kind, right down to the building materials used in construction. An enormous, century-old home provided 90 percent of the wood utilised in the construction of the structure.

It all starts with a window of opportunity. You must be able to recognise it and keep it from slipping away. Opportunity can be compared to a rough diamond that has not been polished. It takes a trained eye to tell the difference between an ordinary stone and an unpolished diamond. As a result, only people with a visionary mindset are able to recognise and seize chances. I believe that everyone will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in their lives. It is entirely up to you whether or not you will take the risk and make a positive difference in your life.

Facts and Figures

It is entirely up to you whether you will achieve nothing or live a rich life; everything is in your hands.

Here are a few facts to consider:

A. Winship spent the better part of a century tracking down the descendants of two moms. Mrs Sarah Edwards, who lived in the 18th century, was the first of these women. She was the mother of 11 children, all of whom she treated with the utmost love and respect. There were 1400 descendants of this family, of whom 100 were pastoral staff, 100 were attorneys, 80 were in public office (including three United States senators, three mayors, three state governors, one controller of the United States Treasury, and one Vice President of the United States), 66 were doctors, 65 were professors, 30 were judges, 14 were university principals, one dean of a law school, and one dean of a medical school.

Later, he was able to hunt down the second mother, Madam Ida Take, who had lived a life of self-indulgence before succumbing to alcohol poisoning. Madam Take had 700 progeny, 100 of whom were born illegitimate, 181 of whom were prostitutes, 142 of whom were beggars, 46 of whom were criminals who underwent labour rehabilitation, and 76 of whom were convicted felons. Madam Take died in 1899.

There was such a difference between the two moms' influences on their offspring. It is obvious that a different starting point will result in a different end result in this situation. Now let's take a look at your own life. The amount of effort you put out today will have a significant impact on the life your family will lead in the future. Success Story 1973 – I started as an apprentice in Ipoh, Malaysia, earning only RM1.50 per day at the time.

After joining Amway in February 1979, my entire life was transformed. I was constantly on the move, leading an even more hectic life than I had during my working days. It was challenging at first; I had put in a lot of effort and persevered for a long period of time, but had yet to see any tangible results or produce any cash. My self-assurance was put to the test, and the result had a profound influence on me. For a split second, I considered the notion of abandoning ship and walking away. I was able to see the light at the end of the tunnel, and I was able to move on my own to Kuala Lumpur to pursue my aspirations! “I must not give up until I have achieved my objectives!” Failure was never an option for me — accomplishing my goals was and would always be the only conclusion that was acceptable. From that point on, I realised that having the highest tenacity and dedication is the key to achieving success.

1980 – I had significant improvements in both my personal and financial circumstances.

1981– I began working with Amway to realise my lifelong desire of travelling the world, where we had innumerable fantastic experiences together.

1982 – At long last, I was successful in obtaining the highly wanted Diamond pin, and I began living a full and exciting life after that.

From 1982 until 2005, my everyday life moved at a quick but satisfying pace; there were obstacles to overcome, but there were also unforgettable moments of boundless bliss. You could ask if there are any additional problems that I could confront in my current job. To put it another way, life itself is a test that never fails to provide obstacles and legends in equal measure. When your needs and expectations for life are great, there will inevitably be obstacles to overcome. Allow me to share some of my life experiences with you. Despite my humble upbringing, I had managed to overcome a number of obstacles and develop the skills necessary to exist in such difficult conditions. I learned a valuable lesson during those trying times: that destitution and suffering are the foundations of true confidence and self-development. Keep going; tackle each difficulty and adversity head on so that you can enjoy the results of your labour.

Kisah Kejayaan

We began working with Amway in 1985, but we were only active for three months at a time since we didn't understand what we were getting ourselves into. As early as 1989, I began experimenting with the ArtistryTM product line. Saya is also interested in learning more about Pengedar Terus Intan Chan Poh Yoke. Amway's reputation has returned to normalcy in my opinion. On the other hand, Abdullah is adamant about the fact that this is a lie. To the contrary, saya is steadfast in the belief that she will not be harmed if beliau threatens her, that she will not create a mimik muka if she is harmed, and that she will not repeatedly injure herself if she is harmed, regardless of the circumstances. Beliau faham and receives Amway promotional materials later on. It is possible to alleviate suami hati that is characterised by negative thinking.

Latarbelakang

Abdullah is a posmen, whereas Saya is a guru at the SPM level of expertise. We are currently dealing with a kewangan issue that is preventing us from continuing with our Amway business. Saya is currently preparing a box of kemas to be used as a modal payment. With the modal that we have, we have been able to blend the perniagaan in a more or less orderly fashion. However, despite the fact that we have been tasked, we have never been in danger since the pepatah has consistently stated, "where there is an opportunity, there is a path." As part of our perniagaan activities, we are also committed to protecting our anak-anak, who are eight years old and have never been taken away from us by any of their guardians. At the time of writing, we have two children, one who is 10 years old and the other who is 4 years old, both from Indonesia. However, we are only concerned with Allah S.A.W. and are not concerned with our feelings of bewilderment. It is true that the work we are doing is not sia-sia. After that, in September 1992, we reached Penyandang Perak, where we met with Pengedar Terus Platinum in December 1992, Pengedar Terus Delima in July 1993, and for the first time in the same year, we travelled to Gold Coast, Brisbane, Australia, for the Amway Leadership Seminar.

Cabaran

Langit does not appear to be entirely cerah. In the month of Mei 1993, we were fortunate enough to find a mentor in Pengedar Terus Intan Chan Poh Yoke, who we adored. For the foreseeable future, we will be rattling pemergian beliau. We've been in this situation for five years. We've lost our way and nothing that we've done so far has turned out well. However, it's possible that Ilahi already knows that we'll be participating in the Amway campaign. In the month of January 1998, we began a systematic review of our financial situation. As a result, we have continued to work hard to achieve our goals, and in the year 1999, we travelled to Korea to participate in the Amway Leadership Seminar. As a result of this, we have not yet experienced a ketinggalan dijemput in organising the Seminar Kepimpinan until now.

Pencapaian

We are now in the midst of a tangga kejayaan. In the year 2000, we reached the rank of Pengedar Terus Nilam and Zamrud, and in the year 2009, we were promoted to the rank of Pengedar Terus Zamrud Pengasas and Pengedar Terus Intan, respectively. In the coming year, we will be travelling to Dubai, and this will be our fourteenth stop.

Dr Wong Siew Fang is a successful medical doctor who has two practical clinics in Hong Kong and Singapore. Previously, Celia Wong worked as a Head Nurse. 

When they first started out in this firm, they were extremely busy.

Story

Consuelo Hernandez explains how she came to be in this line of work by chance. The construction of his organisation began in the early months of 1990, when I began using public transportation to get to the places where I needed to travel to show the business, as well as public phones to contact people and schedule meetings. It took two years after submitting the application to achieve the Diamond level, which was achieved in August 1992. Alberto Mayagoitia was known as Diamante in Mexico throughout the 1990s, and Lilia Sixtos was known as Esmeralda in Mexico. Diamantes Ejecutivos were selected in Mexico in 2007 following a series of case studies. In addition, Esmeralda is a founder in the United States.

Alberto Mayagoitia qualified for the Diamond Championship in Mexico in the 1990s, and Lilia Sixtos qualified for the Emerald Championship in Mexico during the same time period.

After being married, they were able to qualify for the Executive Diamond programme in Mexico, which they completed in 2007.

In the United States, they are known as Founders Emerald.

Story

Min Ki was a university graduate ascending the corporate ladder when it dawned on him that he could never catch up to people with better prospects no matter how hard he worked. He took a leap of faith and founded an AMWAY business. His father didnot support his decision, but Min Ki persisted since he saw AMWAY was an opportunity to thrive and to improve in character. His persistence paid off and now his purpose is to introduce AMWAY to the young, to assist them transform their lives for the better.

Min Ki has been working hard since university, hoping to be able to reach the Qingyun Road in the enterprise once. Nevertheless, the display made him see clearly that no matter how hard he tried, he would not catch up with those who had the opportunity to make him better. Therefore, he tried to believe and started to build an Amway business. Although his decision was not supported by his father, Min Ki persisted to the end. Because he saw that Amway is an opportunity for him to succeed and shape his personality. His persistence has been reported, and now his goal is to introduce Amway to the younger generation and help them change their lives and live a better life.

The Kims earned 40 FAA points in 2002 and qualified for the Olympics (2002). Eugene and Sarah Kim are the gems in their immediate upline. They are members of Ron Puryear's WWDB organisation, and they are his subordinates. They began their Amway business in 1990, while still in the United States. They returned to Korea in 1991, after spending the previous 20 years abroad. They achieved Ruby status in 1992, but their share of the market plummeted to 12 percent as a result of the poor economic condition in Korea. After that, they were able to quickly rebuild their company. After only four years on the Korean market, they achieved Diamond status in 1994 and Double Diamond status in 1995. According to the Kims, 119 new diamonds were discovered in 2001!!! A new record necessitates the creation of a new title. The Kim's were given the "unofficial" title of 100 Plus Crown Ambassadors, which they accepted. The Kims cracked 240 New Diamonds in the year 2002! As a result, the 200 Plus Crown Ambassador pin was created. As of 2003, the Kims had 13 members on their Founders Council (Founders Triple Diamond and above). In 2005, they had more than 400 Diamonds in their downline, according to the company.

In the words of Esther Kim, "Actually, I'd been using Amway products for about 15 years before anyone informed me of the plan." The Kims are a member of a leg that was originally clients of Founders Crown Ron Puryear for a number of years before that.

They are a founding member of the TOP4 group of multinational organisations, which was established in 1995.

Four short years later, they earned Double Diamond status and were able to devote their time and resources to assisting others. As a result of their continuing efforts to assist others, their company developed to become Triple Diamond. They were promoted to the rank of 100+ Crown Ambassadors in 2002.

Leonard and Esther Kim are a true example of how this business has impacted people's lives. Using nothing more than business cards and a strong resolve to succeed, the Kims have grown their company to serve a global market that knows no national boundaries. They feel that nothing is impossible, and that even better things are in store for them in the future because opportunities continue to present themselves in front of them.

Our Possibilities Are Limitless!

A good leader is one who is willing to serve others. In order to be successful, many people believe that you must step over others in front of you. According to Leonard, this is not the case. “However, this company is a cut above the rest. First and first, your downline must be successful in order for you to succeed in this business.” The Kims have demonstrated the enormous success that may be reached by adhering to this philosophy. They established an amazing new milestone in the company's history by breaking more than 100 new Diamonds in the course of a single year. There has never been another time when such a monumental achievement has been realised. In order to recognise a brand-new level, a brand-new title was created, and the 100+ Crown Ambassador pin was bestowed for the first time.

The best record has yet to be released.

Later, the Kims shattered over 200 new Diamonds, setting yet another world record and introducing yet another new pin—200+ Founders Crown Ambassadors—to commemorate the occasion. Many tens of thousands of people took part, and they are now basking in the glory of having achieved these hitherto unattainable goals. The Kims began expanding their operations to other nations after a speaking engagement in Japan provided Leonard and a few members of his downline with the opportunity to tour the country. He is now becoming more interested in the markets in China and Hong Kong as well as the United States.

Leonard and Esther have grown to enormously cherish and appreciate the support system provided by the World Wide Group. With the assistance of Ron and Georgia Lee Puryear, Leonard and Esther have assisted in the development of World Wide Dreambuilders Korea into an active support system that aids in the unification of their company. “We are only a small component of a much larger system that surrounds the entire world,” explains Leonard, “and our firm would not be nearly as successful if it were not for the World Wide Group support organisation.”

Kim, Leonard, and Esther Amway are three siblings who have had a tremendous impact on the world of business and philanthropy. Kim Amway founded the Amway corporation, while Leonard and Esther Amway both worked for the company. The name Leonard Amway


Leonard Amway was born in 1957, and he, along with his sister Kim, received a degree in business administration from Calvin College in Michigan. He initially graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the institution, and then went on to get a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

In the late 1970s, Leonard started his professional life with Amway by joining the company's financial department as an employee.
