Amway Treats Their Employees Like Shit?

Its no secret that Amway and upline IBO’s treat downline ambots like shit but what about Amway’s employees? Are the employees that work for the different Amway and Alticor offices and distribution warehouses and plants treated like trash too?

One would assume a huge firm that claims to make billions of dollars a year and claims to be debt free would offer its employees a benefit programme. Health, dental, eyeglasses, chiropractor, 401k or some form of pension or retirement savings or stock options.

Maybe they do offer benefits to a select few employees. There are horrible firms out there who don’t give all employees benefits (I’ve worked for a number of such!) and call employees temporary or part time so they can get out of paying benefits. Some of those employees have been around for years and might be working 40 hours a week but their employer won’t alter their status to permanent due to whatever loophole they’ve discovered to avoid paying the extra money towards benefits.

I’ve worked for organisations far smaller, say about 50 people or so, and had a fantastic benefits package. All employees even part time got benefits. Some companies do treat all their employees well.

I recently had a former employee of Amway in Ada Michigan show up to explain they’d quit Amway after 20 years because they could no longer handle their cult garbage. Claims they’ve experienced record sales in the past 10 years. Who knows? Could be Amway’s phoney messaging and manipulating the books. In any case, the employees received nothing. There are no benefits. There will be no bonuses. You're being treated like garbage. When you sign up with a nasty employer whose purpose is to rip people off with overpriced shoddy items and inflict financial and emotional anguish to every life it touches, what else do you expect.

And that is complete nonsense. If sales exceed projections, a large number of organisations offer profit sharing or some other form of compensation to employees.

That this former Amway employee refers to their former employer as a "greedy ass" comes as no surprise.

Afterwards, I'm provided with additional evidence that Amway, my employer, is a greedy asshole. When it comes to Christmas, and if it occurs on a Sunday, companies that are ordinarily closed on Sundays would typically close on Monday instead, resulting in a three-day extended holiday weekend. The 25th of December fell on a Sunday in the previous year, 2011. A large number of businesses were closed on Monday, December 26 in this area. Staff of the government, office employees, bank employees, and so forth. Retail establishments, supermarkets, and petrol stations were all open for business. However, the majority of those establishments were closed on Christmas Day. It's the same as it is everywhere else in the United States. Employers who genuinely care about their employees provided them with a pleasant three-day holiday weekend. So, on Monday, December 26, I receive a visit from a representative from Grand Rapids Alticor. Some extremely irritated Amway employee who is scheduled to work on Monday, December 26 is fucking around on the Internet seeking for dirt on their shady employer instead of actually getting their work done. It's a joke, of course! As a result of its employer Amway keeping the office open for business on Monday, December 26, instead of generously providing their employees with a day off and a three-day weekend like most other businesses who are normally closed on Sundays, this employee is taking vengeance on the company by failing to complete their work. Really! When it comes to opening their doors on December 26 following a weekend Christmas Day instead of doing what lovely kind firms who care about their employees do and give them an extra day off to spend with their family, it takes a particularly awful shitty horrible ass company.

However, we are talking about Amway in this instance. A corporation that is responsible for the devastation of families. I can understand why they don't give a flying fig about allowing their employees to take additional family time on their dime.

I was thinking about my interactions with Amway personnel after reading these insider peeks, and I realised that I'd only dealt with the customer service department, which I affectionately refer to as the "I don't give a damn" department, up until this point. According to my understanding, 80 percent of employees at any organisation either tolerate or actively dislike the company and the work they do. Without question, the only folks I've worked with at Amway have been in that 80 percent, perhaps in the bottom 20 percent of those who truly despise their jobs. Because of the former employee's insight into how Amway's employees are handled, I'm going to raise the bar and suggest that far more than 20 percent of Amway's employees despise working for the company. When you consider the lifestyle of the individual who owns the company, it's quite unfortunate that he or she does not receive any perks. I can see how this could result in a large number of disgruntled employees. Not to mention no benefits and no extra day off for the Christmas weekend and I can understand there are a lot of angry Amway employees out there who must want to give a big old fuck you to their employer.

When IBOs call Amway headquarters for assistance, they are met with a fuck off attitude by the company's angry workers.

It is common knowledge that the multi-level marketing organization Amway, which has been in business for more than 60 years, has been embroiled in a great number of scandals over the course of its history. In recent years, one of the issues that has given rise to one of the most major scandals is the manner in which Amway is believed to treat its employees. In the following paragraphs, we will investigate the claims that Amway workers have been subjected to ill treatment and determine whether or not these claims are true.

Amway is being accused of mistreating its employees, which is one of the key claims being made against the firm. Former workers have complained about the long working hours, low compensation, and absence of perks offered by the company. In addition, many former workers have stated that the corporation fostered a culture of fear and intimidation, with supervisors allegedly utilizing scare techniques to drive staff to work harder. This was reported by a number of former workers.

The fact that Amway treats its personnel as independent contractors rather than employees is at the center of one of the most contentious debates regarding the company's handling of its workforce. Because its employees are considered independent contractors, Amway is exempt from paying benefits to them including health insurance, retirement benefits, and paid time off. As a direct consequence of this, a significant number of the people who work with Amway do not receive the safeguards and advantages that are customarily associated with conventional employment.

Amway has been subjected to legal action about its treatment of independent contractors in addition to charges that it treats its employees in an unacceptable manner. In 2011, a number of Amway distributors joined together to bring a class-action lawsuit against the corporation, claiming that they were improperly categorized as independent contractors and that they were instead eligible for the employment benefits that are often associated with regular jobs. According to the allegations made in the case, Amway had broken state and federal labor laws by classifying its employees incorrectly and failing to provide them with the benefits to which they were legally entitled.

In 2013, the lawsuit was finally resolved when Amway agreed to pay $56 million to satisfy the charges that were made against them. Amway has also committed, as part of the settlement, to disclose information that is more accurate and comprehensive regarding the status of its workers. Additionally, Amway has agreed to make adjustments to its compensation plan in order to ensure that its workers are treated fairly.

Amway has provided a statement in response to complaints that its workers have been treated unfairly by declaring that the company is dedicated to treating its workers fairly and providing a healthy work environment. Additionally, the organization has said that it takes all claims of improper treatment seriously and conducts in-depth investigations into them.

In conclusion, the charges of maltreatment of Amway employees are serious, and as a result, the corporation is currently facing legal action. Despite the fact that Amway has refuted these charges and made measures to resolve them, it is abundantly evident that additional steps need to be taken to guarantee that Amway employees are treated fairly and are given the safeguards and benefits to which they are legally entitled. It is imperative that all employers put the health and happiness of their employees as a top priority and try to ensure that their employees are treated fairly and with respect.
