What to do in Denver Colorado instead of Amway WWDB Spring Leadership 2012

It is partially adapted from a piece published last year about things to do in Denver during Free Enterprise Days (FED) 2011 about things to do in Denver instead of attending the Amway WWDB Spring Leadership 2012 conference.

The Amway conference WWDB Spring Leadership will be place in Denver, Colorado, on April 28 and 29, 2012, at the Colorado Convention Center.

Keepin' up with my theme of finding better and less expensive things to do in towns hosting Amway gatherings, I've attempted to compile a list of enjoyable things to do in Denver Colorado that are less expensive than attending the brainwashing convention there. It appears that most of the enjoyable activities consist of travelling out of Denver and visiting the ski slopes! End of April may be a tad late for skiing, to be honest. I'll see what more I can come up with.

What percentage of people have seen the movie Cliffhanger? It highlighted the Denver Mint, which was transferring money that had been taken out of circulation. Hijackings, airline disasters, and other high-octane events are featured. As a result, the United States Mint is an excellent choice. And it's completely free! Wow, that's fantastic! It's a shame you can't bring your purse into this establishment. Where are you planning on stashing your cash? While I appreciate the fact that you are permitted to carry your cell phone inside the building, I am disappointed that if you do so, you will be taken out by Mint Security. Because of their fuck you I'm better than everyone else attitude, if ambots come to visit, they would have to call in extra security to escort those awful ambots out of the building, and I would be free to use my fucking cell phone if I so desired. http://www.usmint.gov/mint tours/index.cfm?action=StartReservation

Tour of the Coors Brewery - This is a free tour. Free beer tasting will be provided. Is there anything else I should say? More information can be found on the following webpage. http://www.millercoors.com/golden-brewery-tour.aspx

Zoos are among my favourite places to visit, and the Denver Zoo is no exception. As long as it isn't the Amway zoo, that is. It's great that most of the venues where Amway holds events have a zoo on site. Toss a coin! Was it better to see the baboons at the Denver Zoo or those strutting across the stage at Amway WWDB Spring Leadership, which I should do? For those over 65 years of age and those younger than 12 years of age, admission is $15, with a modest discount for those over 65 and younger than 12. For less than the price of one $125 ticket to Spring Leadership, a couple could spend the day at the zoo and then treat themselves to a really great dinner. http://www.denverzoo.org/

For those interested in admiring works of art, the Denver Art Museum is the place to go. If you live in Colorado, it will cost you $13 or a little less if you are not. Where has the coin for the toss gone missing? Which is better, a museum or a zoo? Picasso, you're out of here. Greetings, lions. http://www.denverartmuseum.org/

Wings Over The Rockies Air and Space Museum - Located in Estes Park, Colorado. I've been to a couple of aircraft museums, and this is something I'd consider doing, especially since I'm still not over the Spruce Goose being relocated from Long Beach! That goosie isn't in Colorado, at least not right now. I believe it ended up somewhere in Oregon. The cost of admission is $11. If you are above the age of 65 or under the age of 12, the price is slightly lower. http://www.wingsmuseum.org/

Molly Brown House Museum - If you're a fan of Titanic trivia, you'll like visiting this museum, which is located in the house where the unsinkable Molly Brown lived. The cost of admission is $8 for adults, with a little discount for children under the age of 12. However, April is the best month to visit since, in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the accident, Titanic Tours are being offered all month long at a fee of $10. Let's see what happens. We have the option to choose. Making a choice between attending an evening of Amway horrors for $125 and seeing a location where someone witnessed the horrors of Titanic's sinking for $125. I already know which one I'm going to choose! http://www.mollybrown.org/

Are you looking to go shopping? The 16th Street Mall in Denver is a much more pleasant location to spend the day than being confined to an auditorium listening to a group of ageing Diamonds who use Amway gatherings to supplement their real-world income. Free shuttle buses and free Wi-Fi are available anywhere along the pedestrian mall's length. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/16th Street Mall

WWDB Amway Spring Leadership is a snooze fest!

Besides that, there are more interesting things to do in Denver than go to some fucking Amway function!
