I thought I'd share some of the reasons why I despise our Amway upline in this post. The kind of things that Amway's corporate headquarters don't want people like me posting on the Internet are the kinds of things that I do. Even more aggravating than whining about pricey, ineffective Amway items and overpriced, ineffective Amway motivational techniques is the fact that, by joining Amway, you are now forced to socialise with bad people and their messed up religious ideas. My experience is not unusual; I see similar stories on the Internet about wives (typically! - rather than husbands!) who can't bear their Amway upline, so I'm not alone! The only thing I can think of is that I publish it on the internet so that everyone can see what it's like to be a member of the Amway cult.
Our sponsor is a complete jerk! I understand that for some people who are recruited into the Amway scam, their sponsor may or may not have started out as an asshole, but as he is further brainwashed by the Amway cult, it is almost certain that he will either become an asshole or become an even bigger asshole, depending on his or her prior asshole status! It is someone who Ambot has known for many years: our sponsor, also known as Captain Fuck Up or the arrogant prick. He is the most useless piece of garbage I've ever encountered in all of my years of living. His other finer features include being unreliable, reckless, throwing temper tantrums, and being asshole-ugly as a result of his arrogance. Then it's all downhill from there!
Our entire Amway upline is a bunch of jerks! It makes no difference whether or not they started out as assholes in their Amway scam career; they are quickly brainwashed into becoming master assholes in the Amway scam industry. These people are bullies, particularly when it comes to pressuring Ambot to spend a lot of money on pricey Amway products that I don't like and don't intend to use. As a result, Ambot would be pressured to spend even more money on various instruments to "expand our business" as well as all of the other expenses that come with travelling to out-of-state activities on a regular basis. And we shouldn't even think about missing an Amway function because the Amway upline assholes will bitch and bitch and bitch endlessly until they wear you down to the point where you will spend money to waste your time attending an Amway function where the Diamond cult leaders gloat about their wealth. Being a plugged-in CORE Amway ambot costs approximately $700 per month. Returning to our sponsor Captain Fuck Up, it goes without saying that disliking him naturally translates into loathing everyone he knows. Assholes enjoy forming friendships with other assholes. AVOID doing business with Amway jerks!
To begin with, the fact that our Amway upline is comprised entirely of rude jerks should be sufficient justification for disliking them. We put a lot of pressure on Ambot to get into debt, which in his case meant credit card debt, thanks to the actions of our upline asses. It was impossible for Ambot to persuade me to sell our house, find a rental property, and use the equity to pay off his credit card debt because of those nasty morons in our Amway upline. His credit card would have more room if he did this, and he could buy more Amway nonsense! Additionally, they attempted to persuade Ambot to convince me to take out a line of credit on our home for the same purpose, in order to pay off the credit card so that Ambot could start again and buy more Amway stuff again. To put it another way, fuck you bastards for meddling with other people's finances! Unfortunately, I've read other stories on the Internet about other IBOs who weren't as fortunate when it came to borrowing money to fund their upline's dreams, and many former IBOs have lost their homes and gone bankrupt because they were unable to repay the money they borrowed while participating in the Amway scam during their time there.
We're monopolising all of our available time. Forget about the frequently stated 10 to 15 hours per week spent working on the Amway fraud. The time Ambot wasted was far more extensive than that! Then he had to prospect every single person he came across, telling them about this crazy home-based opportunity where they could make $75,000 per year in their leisure time and begging them to come to a board plan meeting, all while denying that it had anything to do with Amway or any other company. Countless hours spent on the phone and sending text messages to my upline. There are two or three board plans each week at various downline/crossline residences, or a larger occasion where a Diamond comes to a local town once or twice a month, for example. For these encounters, a lowball estimate of 5 hours per night is given. Weekend rallies are held approximately once a month, during which a Diamond travels to the city and new pins are awarded. It all depends on whether it's a one-day or two-day event. Assume a minimum of 10 hours, however this might be increased to twice the time. Every year, events such as Family Reunion, Free Enterprise Days, and Spring Leadership seem to be conducted hundreds of kilometres away from home. Several hours of driving each way, followed by at least 30 hours of commitments for weekend activities. Moreover, this is a cautious estimate. How many other disgruntled wives have waited at home alone on their birthdays while their husbands dashed off to an Amway meeting to celebrate? Not to mention the fact that she receives no assistance with domestic tasks.
Brainwashing. Our upline's plan is to keep Ambot away from the "bad" influences in his life, which include myself and everyone else who is not interested in Amway's products and services. Our upline was the most negative bunch of jerks I'd ever met, going around spreading their forecasts of doom and gloom and unhappiness, and the only way to get out of this miserable existence was to join the Amway cult, which I did. Ambot loses his ability to think for himself and simply repeats whatever the upline morons say. Ambot believes everything the Amway jerks tell him to be true until he is conditioned to believe that there is no way in hell that the information he is receiving could possibly be incorrect. He denies what is happening to him and his life, and he does it by distancing himself from the rest of the world.
Liars. Whatever you choose to call it, all Amway Independent Business Owners (IBOs) are guilty of lying. They exaggerate their association with Amway, their level of success, and any atrocities that may be taking place within their Amway cult organisation. The primary deception is the tool fraud, as well as how the greedy upline cult leaders are concerned with generating money at the expense of their downline members and employees. Ambot wasn't very successful at prospecting because he'd break down quickly and tell prospects that he was an Amway representative, and then he'd lie and say that business was going extremely well. All ambots have been brainwashed to believe this, despite the fact that none of them are making any money from their Scamway business.
Combine all of these factors, and it becomes clear to me why I despise the upline and anything they are interested in, which essentially means that the only thing they are involved in and that dictates their lives is Amway. I despise everyone in Amway because of our upline, who I consider to be a ragtag group of troublemakers.
