Amway's literature glosses over the fact that some of its sponsoring groups sell motivational goods as part of their business model. Disclosure: According to Amway literature - and I'm quoting - acquiring these motivational materials is entirely voluntary, and your upline is still expected to assist you in building an Amway business regardless of whether you purchase the motivational tools.
As a phoney method of separating themselves from the tool scam, Amway has come up with this ruse.
The bottom line is that none of those groupings, and I'll just pick on our particular line, are any good. Worldwide Destructive Bastards (WWDB) are able to sell any of the goods on their tool scam list without first having to run it past some top brass at Amway's corporate headquarters for their approval of the item. Just imagine if some Diamond were to say something along the lines of "I recommend you don't buy XS Energy Drinks because they taste like cat faeces!" on a CD. An Amway employee would be fired for such a blunder, and a Diamond CD of such nature would never be approved. Alternatively, if there is a video showing a Diamond doing a load of laundry and comparing Tide to SA8, and the clothing washed in Tide come out cleaner! Yup. There's a good reason why Amway's corporate headquarters approves anything marketed to the general public in the form of sponsorship. They are well aware of the tool scam, but they have included this small piece of nonsense in their marketing materials to warn people away from it.
We couldn't have cared less about breaking Amway's guidelines because our Platinum couldn't care less. “If you don't buy the tools,” he declared at every Amway meeting, “I won't be able to work with you.”
Of course, this meant that the ambots would have to purchase tools at a breakneck pace in order to remain in the good graces of their cult leader. They adored him and lusted after his attention, and if he wanted them to spend all of their money on pointless Amway motivational CDs and books, their only question was how many would he want them to buy.
Once I became aware of that disclaimer in Amway's literature - which took several months - I contacted the company's headquarters to lodge a formal complaint against our sack of shit Platinum, who was pressuring IBOs in his downline to purchase tools while threatening them with the prospect of refusing to assist them in building an Amway business if they did not. As is customary for me when dealing with Amway's help desk, which is also known as the unhelpful desk or the I-don't-give-a-damn department. Their normal reaction was to the effect that they were not responsible for what was stated at Amway meetings, which was incorrect.
I mean, what the fuck are you talking about? So, who is in charge of what is spoken at Amway meetings, and how does that work? Please excuse us for believing that Amway's corporate headquarters would give a flying fuck if one of their Platinums broke the rules. In this case, because there is no doubt in my mind that other Amway Platinums are employing the same threat, Amway's best course of action is to do nothing, as they have done in the past. When it comes to someone who may be distributing $25,000 worth of Amway items through his downline every month, Amway's corporate headquarters isn't going to make any waves.
Amway refuses to enforce their own policy or take action against violators, despite the fact that their literature states that independent business owners (IBOs) are not required to purchase tools and that their upline is still responsible for assisting the IBO in building an Amway business regardless of whether or not the motivational tools are purchased.
Suppress your suspicions about the tool hoax!
I'm not going to turn a blind eye to this. I'm writing this blog post to express my dissatisfaction with our Platinum. Not everyone is as enthusiastic about Platinums as those who work in Amway's corporate headquarters. According to those who work at Amway headquarters, Platinums should be venerated and extolled as gods of prosperity. When they read my blog, which tells it how it is when it comes to describing a messed up Amway Platinum, they must be struggling to keep a straight face. For some strange reason, Amway prefers to let former Independent Business Owners (IBOs) to talk about their experiences with Amway and their upline all over the Internet rather than making things right when they receive complaints. After receiving complaints, Amway prefers not to act on them, preferring instead to read on the Internet about a fraudulent lying piece of excrement known as Amway Platinum instead. So, once again, I send out a heartfelt THANK YOU to our Platinum Sponsor!
Continue to warn people about the perils of becoming engaged with Amway and having to deal with a wicked, lying and scamming bucket of sh*t known as Platinum, as I have done for years.
An Investigation Into the Connection Between Amway's Tools and Teamwork
In order to be successful in any business, collaboration and cooperation are absolutely necessary. However, there may be cases in which a person indicates their preference to work solely with individuals who acquire Amway tools. This is something that you should be aware of. The purpose of this in-depth guide is to investigate the thinking that lies behind this viewpoint, as well as the potential benefits, potential pitfalls, and considerations that are linked with mandating that coworkers or partners invest in Amway tools.
An Explanation of the Role Played by Amway Tools The term "Amway tools" refers to the many different resources, training materials, and support systems that are offered by the Amway network to aid distributors in the development of their businesses. These tools frequently consist of instructional materials, marketing resources, and software platforms developed to improve business operations, expand product knowledge, and make network expansion easier.
The following are some of the benefits of working together with Amway Tool Users:
information and Skill Development to Share When working with people that use Amway tools, there may be a common base of information and understanding about the company model, goods, and marketing tactics that can be utilized. This can be beneficial when partnering with these folks. This pooled information has the potential to enhance the team's capacity for efficient communication, the development of skills, and synergy.
Access to Support Systems: Working with people who have already made financial investments in Amway's tools can frequently result in improved access to the support systems provided by the company. This can include mentorship programs, training sessions, conference opportunities, and networking events, all of which can contribute to the development of one's professional career and the success of a company.
In order to demonstrate a shared commitment to the company's beliefs and principles, it is possible to establish alignment with those values by mandating that coworkers or business partners use Amway tools. The members of the team may have a sense of oneness, cohesion, and collective vision as a result of this alignment.
Cons and Factors to Take Into Account:
It's possible that some people's ability to collaborate might be hindered financially if they were required to buy Amway tools as a prerequisite for doing so. It's possible that not everyone is willing or able to make the financial investment required to make use of these resources, particularly in the beginning phases of their involvement with the Amway network.
Diverse Abilities and Points of View: If you insist on just collaborating with people who have used Amway tools, you may restrict the range of abilities, viewpoints, and experiences that are available to you inside a team or partnership. In the process of problem-solving and decision-making, it can be beneficial to be open to a range of perspectives and experiences, since this can lead to innovation, creativity, and adaptation.
Flexibility and adaptability: If individuals are required to use particular Amway tools, it may limit their ability to investigate alternate techniques, platforms, or resources that would be possibly better fit for their particular set of circumstances or target market. In a work climate that is constantly changing, the capacity to be flexible and adaptable is essential.
Locating an Appropriate Middle Ground:
Transparent Communication: Make sure to tell to any possible collaborators or partners exactly what your expectations are with reference to the Amway tools. Talk to them about the reasoning for your preference as well as the possible benefits they could get from making use of these resources.
Adaptability and Comprehension: Show that you are willing to consider the perspectives of other people, as they may have other methods or resources that are in line with their own strategies or objectives. Recognize that there are potentially a number of different ways to achieve success inside the Amway network, and accept the decisions and preferences of others around you.
Beyond the usage of Amway Tools, Collaboration Is Crucial You should stress the significance of collaboration, teamwork, and mutual support in addition to the usage of Amway tools. Create an atmosphere that promotes learning, the exchange of experiences, and capitalizing on each person's unique abilities to advance the collective goal of success.
The requirement that coworkers or partners make purchases of Amway equipment as a prerequisite for working together can have both positive and negative effects on the relationship. In spite of the fact that it may facilitate the sharing of knowledge, access to support systems, and alignment with the principles of the organization, it may also pose financial restrictions and limit the diversity of talents and viewpoints. A more welcoming and fruitful place to work inside the Amway network can be created by locating a method that strikes a healthy balance between respecting the choices of individuals, encouraging collaboration that goes beyond the use of certain tools, and fostering open communication.
