The lie that our upline told our group over and over was that we were out there helping people and fighting for what was right in the world, which was complete nonsense. It is certain that evil will triumph if decent persons do not take action. This is something I agree with. That the AMOs have thrived because too many good people have overlooked the problem, and that the problem has not gone away, but has merely gone unobserved by the majority of the population. As a result, it is likely that millions of people have been defrauded of their hard-earned money through the "tool scam" over the course of time.
Dissect these difficulties and look at them one at a time, starting with the first. As an IBO, what exactly are you up against is unclear. Are you waging a battle against yourself? What is your position? I'm aware that many uplines want you to believe that your job is miserable in order to provide you with desire to join and succeed in Amway. Then comes the hook, in which they will tell you that having the right tools is critical to your success. You, on the other hand, are not fighting anything.
What do you think about assisting others? How do Independent Business Owners (IBOs) benefit people by convincing them to join Amway? While people are engaged in community service or other projects, independent business owners (IBOs) are stalking people in malls in search of prospects or spending their weekends attending meetings and gatherings. What benefit does this have to anyone other than the people who benefit from the functions? What are the ways in which IBOs are assisting people? It's lovely to think that you're fighting for a good cause or helping other people, but the reality is that most individuals who are involved in Amway either make nothing or lose money, and that's before you consider the time you'll be spending away from your family and friends.
I used to work as an IBO. I was under the impression that we were working for a noble cause. I did eventually come to the realisation that we were not assisting anyone. The only persons who piqued our interest were those who might be interested in working for AMway. Everyone else was little more than cannon fodder. Those who are familiar with the situation have heard about it "What does it matter if some will and some will not? Next"!
IBOs are, on the whole, decent and hardworking individuals. They have just been duped into supporting a fictitious cause that has been promoted by their upline. Most people wake up and flee as quickly as I did, but I feel the harm has been done over time and is significant. I hope that my blog has provided some useful information for both new and experienced IBOs, as well as prospects.
