A Case Study in Success

• Annette Woods and Steve Woods first became acquainted with the company while Steve was serving as a pilot in law enforcement in south Florida and Annette was staying at home with their two young sons. Due to the fact that Steve and Annette's youngest son was born prematurely and with some birth defects, they desired for him to receive a private education .[1]
• Steve Woods received the Joe Victor Leadership Award from the International Builders and Architects Institute (IBOAI) in early 2007. .[2]
• Howie Danzik was elected to serve on the IBOAI Board of Directors for the period beginning January 1, 2008, and ending December 31, 2010. .[3]

The beginning of a love storey began in Florida when Annette, an exchange student from another country, met Steve while attending a secondary school in that state. Ella, armed with her student visa, returned to her home country of Germany, where she continued her friendship with Steve, nurturing their love until they were able to commit themselves to one another and marry.
