Amway Makes You A Nicer Person?

Thousands of Independent Business Owners (IBOs) believe they have improved as a result of their association with other IBOs and because a portion of the system they are a part of encourages them to study self-help books and other good stuff. Because of the "negatives" that you see on the news, your upline may also encourage you to avoid watching it. They are also taught that as a side advantage of being in the Amway business, they become kinder and more considerate individuals. To be sure, many independent company owners (IBOs) believe that they established a firm not to make money, but to become "nicer." If working with people has made you a nicer person, that's a lovely side effect, but a business exists to produce money, not to make you a nicer person on the inside.

I completely agree that positive books and association with others can be beneficial to certain people, but for many others, it is not a genuine "nicer" person who is being promoted, but rather a counterfeit persona that is being promoted in order to recruit future Amway downlines. That was the impression I got from my former sponsor. For me, the "nicer" appeared to be as false as phoney can be because I had known him for a long time. It is possible to find numerous examples of false niceness displayed by some independent business owners (IBOs). A corporate blogger for Amway and some others have reportedly labelled the company's most vocal defender a "cyber bully" for making nasty remarks about others who have opposite viewpoints to their own. Those who did not believe that Amway was their salvation have been referred to as "broke" or "losers," among other things. It appears that IBOs are more pleasant when they are recruiting you, but this is thrown out the window if you do not sign up. Then you're a broke loser with nothing to show for it.

There are comments on this same blog, which I think are made by IBOs, that contain implied or veiled threats. Some of these remarks are not at all subtly couched. As a matter of fact, in my blogging experience, it is almost always the IBOs and Amway apologists who resort to name calling. I believe this is due to the fact that the facts are on the side of the Amway detractors. For example, it is a proven truth that the vast majority of IBOs never make a dollar, even when you exclude those who "do nothing." If you look at system IBOs, you will find that the vast majority of them never make enough money to cover their telephone expenses.

Even the highly coveted diamond level appears to be a ruse, especially when diamonds quit, resign, or simply walk away from the firm without the permanent passive income that they were promised. After filing for bankruptcy, a triple diamond's financials were released, and they weren't particularly spectacular considering the size of his company and his years in the industry. When it comes to Amway, success looks to be a façade, much like IBOs who believe that Amway has transformed them into nicer people.

So, IBOs, do you consider yourself to be a kinder person? Is it clear from your words and actions that you care? The language doesn't seem to be very clear to me.

It is a bold assertion to argue that Amway may make you a nicer person, but there may be some truth to it. Amway is a multi-level marketing company. The business model of Amway is based on the principle of assisting other people, and this emphasis on helping others can have a beneficial effect on the growth of an individual's personality and sense of responsibility.

One of the primary objectives of an Independent Business Owner (IBO) is to cultivate a team and play a role in the success of others. This includes providing other IBOs with mentorship and coaching in order to assist them in the development of their talents and the expansion of their enterprises. IBOs have the opportunity to strengthen their leadership abilities, their capacity for empathy, and their sense of responsibility for the success of their team members by participating in this process.

In addition, the emphasis that Amway places on personal growth might assist people in maturing into more pleasant humans. The company provides its Independent Business Owners (IBOs) with a variety of training programs and tools, with the goal of assisting those IBOs in expanding both their professional and personal horizons. These programs focus on themes like as communication, goal-setting, time management, and leadership, which are all things that can help individuals become more effective and empathic in both their personal and professional life.

Furthermore, the emphasis the organization places on health and wellbeing can also contribute to the development of an individual's personality and sense of self. Amway provides a variety of nutritional and wellness products of the highest possible quality, which can assist individuals in preserving their health and feeling their very best. IBOs that take care of their own health are likely to see increases in their levels of productivity, energy, and attention, all of which can contribute to a more upbeat and agreeable disposition.

However, it is essential to keep in mind that the effects of Amway on personal character and growth will vary from person to person. This is something that you should keep in mind. Others might not receive the same amount of value from the company's business strategy and resources, even though such things might be helpful for some people. In addition to this, it is essential to approach the business opportunity with expectations that are in line with reality and a focus on conducting business in an ethical and honest manner.

In conclusion, while it may be a stretch to suggest that Amway can make you a nicer person, there are clearly components of the company's business strategy and tools that can contribute to personal growth and development. In addition, Amway can make you more money. Amway is able to give opportunities for individuals to become more empathic, responsible, and effective in their personal and professional lives because the company places a strong emphasis on service, personal growth, and wellbeing.
