AmwayTools?

In relation to the Amway "educational" system, I just came across some comments that I felt were very relevant. This system is not managed by Amway, but rather by for-profit motivating systems such as BWW, WWDB, LTD, N21, and so on and so forth. In many cases, these methods are hailed as the key to the success of an independent business owner. Unfortunately, there is no independent evidence that I am aware of that suggests that these products assist an IBO in moving closer to their business objectives. Furthermore, these materials are not free of charge. It makes sense that if upline doesn't succeed until the downline succeeds, they'd want everyone to move along, tool or no tool. As far as I'm aware, uplines aren't that helpful unless you're using tools. Do they genuinely care about your achievement, or are they only interested in your money?

Also noteworthy is the fact that IBOs do not have a formalised training programme. Uplines are frequently referred to as "mentors" in the industry. I don't agree with you. In this situation, a mentor would work one-on-one with someone and make an assessment of how to best train them. That is not the case for the majority of IBOs. IBOs are provided with generic information by the diamonds, and they are required to recognise which information to use and which information to avoid using. Some people refer to the material as a "buffet," where you may pick and choose what you want and need to learn more about. However, how can a prospect or IBO who is unskilled determine what is beneficial and what is not? To my ears, the term "mentor" conjures up images of complete nonsense. Individual attention is not given to IBOs in sufficient quantities.

Instead, the upline will generalise about all of their downline and tell them that books, tapes/cds, and seminars are the best ways for them to understand their business. Many people have already been ruled out of the running because of this. Many people do not learn well in these types of learning environments, as research has shown. Many people find it challenging to retain information from a cassette tape or a compact disc. There may be some upline members who are not adept at transferring knowledge to downline members in this manner. After all, what makes someone qualified to be a teacher? They joined up before you and have attained some amount of accomplishment, even if you are unable to verify that they are currently qualified for the position.

However, upline continues to persuade the public that a one-size-fits-all educational system exists. Moreover, they may encourage certain people to squander on these materials, with little consideration for an IBO's financial situation or development in the firm. Technically, a sponsor is meant to train any downline at no cost; nevertheless, downlines literally spend millions of dollars to be "taught," with just a small percentage of those who invest making a net profit.

I'm curious about the genuine efforts your uplines put forth to coach and mentor your downline. When over 10,000 people are expected to attend a conference where they may potentially earn $100,000 in a weekend, it doesn't appear that they will receive much personal attention.

Using these training materials could be the difference between failure and success. However, it is much more likely that individuals who earn from the sale of these materials will be the ones who benefit from their success, rather than those who benefit from their purchase. Certainly, that is something I am certain of.
