Building It Right?

 I first heard the phrase "build it well" many years ago while attending the International Builders' Exhibition. I assume this means that you design your business around the boundaries that your upline has recommended. My firm at the time was operating within the proper bounds, and I was certified as a qualified "eagle," which meant that I had a specific amount of down line members attending activities and engaging in the tools system. Essentially, it appeared like establishing your business correctly meant that your upline diamond was earning significant revenue off of your group of people.

As a result, establishing your business correctly is more helpful to your upline than it is to yourself. IBOS in the rank and file are not eligible to engage in the payout gif tools, which are exclusively available for product volume. Even product volume rebates are disproportionately skewed in favour of upline, rather than the IBOS who actually sold the product. As a result of these factors, the vast majority of IBOS end up incurring financial losses as a result of their activities.

Another interesting point to consider is how gems quit, lose their qualification, or resign from their positions. Does this imply that these gems who preach "build it right" were unable to complete the task at hand? Why aren't diamonds able to walk away from Amway and enjoy residual income for the rest of their lives? Maybe it's because they're unable to construct it themselves. The question is, why do diamonds appear to die on the job rather than in peaceful retirement surrounded by luxury?

Because, in my opinion, the entire business and educational systems are a hoax, and there is no genuine way to simply create it correctly. The reason why the IBO failure rate is so high and why diamonds do not have luxury retirements is because of this. The diamond lifestyle that’s portrayed at functions is mostly a dig and pony show.
