New Year’s Resolution: Quit Amway

A large number of individuals find their way to this blog after searching for "how to stop Amway." The fact that hundreds of people every week are seeking for this answer, and that there is always a surge in these how to quit Amway searches around the time of Amway's major functions, as we have previously stated, continues to astonish me. A flurry of searches for "how to quit Amway" and "how to cancel Communikate" are flooding the search engine as Dream Night approaches. With the New Year approaching, it is time to make a clean break from this Amway garbage. Yay! You're on your way!

Then it makes you stop and think. Why do people require advice on how to terminate their Amway membership?

When customers wish to cancel their Costco membership, do they turn to the Internet for help? It's the same thing as before. Costco is also a buying club, and members must pay an annual membership fee in order to shop at their location. It is their goal for you to shop at their business so that they can make a profit, but even if you don't shop there and instead just pay the annual fee, they are still making money off of you. If you decide that you no longer want to shop at Costco, simply do not renew your membership and do not pay the annual fee. Then go somewhere else to do your shopping.

Does everyone go through the same Internet searches when they want to learn how to stop going to the gym, or does it differ? The explanation appears to be rational in nature. To go to the gym, you don't hop in your car and drive there. A monthly membership cost is still charged whether or not you attend the gym on a given day. The fact that you show up is irrelevant as long as they have your money.

It's the same with Amway, to be honest. However, they could care less whether or not you purchase at their business in order for them to make a profit off of you as long as they receive your annual membership fee payment!

For example, if you no longer want to go to the gym and do not want them to continue charging your credit card for the membership fee every month, you must speak with the receptionist and fill out a form stating that you are quitting. There is usually a waiting period of one month or more before they can collect one more payment from you, whether or not you use the gym equipment.

The bastards in your upline are constantly on the prowl for ways to con you into paying for the next Amway function while you're still attending whatever worthless horrible brainwashing Amway function you're currently attending. Regardless of whether or not you show up, that is money in their pocket. Just make sure you get a refund if you decide to cancel before you leave. Those cretins have already squandered your hard-earned money. It's a tough slog!

You must pay a yearly membership fee in order to continue purchasing shoddy, overpriced Amway products. It's a buyer's club in the same vein as Costco, with the exception that I believe Costco's yearly membership is less expensive and that the prices, items, and choices are superior to what Amway has to offer. The company has also been described as "cult-like" yet there are no deranged cult leaders running around brainwashing people while you're shopping in their store, as is the case with several other retailers.

Is it truly that difficult to leave Amway, or is the most difficult part the emotional attachment the ambots have for the jerks in their Amway upline that makes it so difficult? Some folks genuinely seem to like those bastards and the love bombing they receive from the general public. They enjoy the pricey social club to which they belong since it keeps them occupied all of the time. For those of us who don't care for any of that garbage or the shitheads that dish it out, there's no problem with simply walking away from the situation.

With the New Year approaching, many people are making resolutions, so why not add quitting Amway to the list and just make a complete and utter split from the company? Spend no more money in the New Year on shoddy, overpriced Amway products or on attending pointless "business" meetings. Stop worshipping the cult leaders in your Amway upline, and stop spending time with Amway ambots. So here's how to get out of Amway:

Do not renew your membership dues for the following reasons: 1. Alternatively, if you've already done so, just shrug it off and go away.

Whenever those fucking asses in your Amway upline call or text, or when the doorbell rings, don't pick up the phone or answer the door.

3. Do not listen to the indoctrination CDs distributed by Amway. Throw that stuff out of the window. A similar argument may be made for any Amway books or other motivational schlock. Into the trash it goes!

4. Do not purchase any more costly and substandard Amway items. No matter how much wailing the jerks in your Amway upline do, you must remain calm. If you do not purchase products, your upline will not make any money off of you. Any form of monthly automated order system should be cancelled, or the order should be entered and deleted, or the order should be set to zero, or whatever else is necessary in order for the order to not be delivered.

5. If required, change your credit card information to ensure that Amway does not charge you any further fees.

Cancel any business propaganda that your Amway upline coerced you into signing up for, such as Communikate, premier membership in WWDB, World Wide Dream Builders, or whatever cult sect you happen to belong to. 7. As with the gym, it takes some effort in the form of phone calls to get the monthly charges to stop, just as it does with the gym membership.

7. Refrain from attending any additional Amway indoctrination meetings or events.

8. If any of the fuckers in your Amway upline try to pressure you into attending meetings or purchasing Amway stuff, simply say NO. The insults, abuse, and bullying will begin since all of these characteristics are necessary for a successful Amway cult leader. Hang up the phone or slam the door in the face of the jerk in question. The only requirement is that you accept it as a polite little ambot stands there.

9. As soon as the jerks in your Amway upline realise they will no longer make money off of you, they will dump you. They are only your friends as long as you continue to give them money, which means they were never truly your friends in the first place. They will also forbid any and all of the other cult members from having any contact with you whatsoever. They believe they are cutting you off when in fact it is the other way around. You're severing your ties with them.

10. If everything else fails, then curse them out of existence. The Amway bastards are a bunch of prudes, and the language will horrify them, causing them to start wailing about not saying anything nasty.

That's all there is to it. Make the decision to leave Amway and then follow through by removing anything associated with the company from your lives as soon as possible.

Continue to work on your New Year's resolution: quit Amway! Get out of that rotten cult!

As a final note, let us express a heartfelt FUCK YOU to the jerks in Amway's upline who pushed their followers into renewing their pricey buying club membership for another year

Happy New Year 2014 to everyone, and if you aren't wasting your money away in Amway, you are already well on your road to becoming successful in your life!

As the new year begins, many people take this time to reflect on their life and give some thought to the possibility of making changes that may contribute to their own personal development and sense of fulfillment. Emotional Attachments: Many Amway distributors create close relationships inside the Amway community, which can make it difficult for them to quit the company. The act of quitting can be emotionally taxing because it requires one to part ways with their support network and exposes them to the risk of being judged or rejected by their contemporaries.
