Be Your Own Boss Or Be Abused By Fucking Amway Cult Leaders

In Amway, there is no genuine business guidance given, and Amway IBOs are referred to as "independent business owners." have absolutely no idea what it's like to be a legitimate business owner. Real business owners understand that there are a slew of tasks they must complete before to launching their company or throughout the initial phases of getting their organisation up and operating. Decide what kind of business you want to run and where you want to locate it. Choose a business name and register it with the appropriate authorities. Get a business licence and a tax identification number. And so on and so forth.

Who can remember performing any of that stuff when you first started your "Amway business" in the first place? LOL!!! The only folks who were even remotely involved in any of that are the only ones who truly own an Amway business, and if your last name isn't VanAndel or DeVos - you don't own a fucking Amway business!!! Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

There are a variety of other responsibilities that come with being an entrepreneur. To learn how to operate a business, you must first have the right mindset, passion, and desire to pursue your goals. Amway meetings, where they draw circles and tell you how rich you will be if you sign up 6 people who each purchase $300 worth of overpriced Amway shit every month, and then you sit back, retire, and do nothing, and then you will have gazillions of dollars in residual income rolling in every month for the rest of your life, is a fairy tale. This is not how a legitimate business owner conducts his or her operations.

The ability to be a successful business owner is not something that everyone possesses. Not everyone is able to obtain financial assistance. Not everyone is physically or intellectually competent of being the owner or operator of a business. Working a job is sometimes both easier and more profitable than studying.

At work, you have a specific area of responsibility, and your employer will tell you what you should do and whether or not there is a deadline by which you must complete your work. In most cases, if you do not work in the marketing department, you will not receive any training on how to effectively promote things. In the same way that if you don't work in law, you probably don't negotiate contracts, if you don't work in accounting, you might not be familiar with business banking, payroll, and taxation. Maintaining a close eye on costs and developing a budget is most likely not a concern. Most important choices are most often taken by the company's owner or by department heads. Other members of the team take care of a slew of little details. The organisation will give you with all of the office equipment and supplies you will need to do your task. If you require information or assistance in completing a task, there is almost certainly a coworker who can aid you. It's possible that your employer offers a health insurance plan and a pension. It's likely that you can still go to work and earn money even if you're sick, in pain, or exhausted by simply sitting at your desk and pushing paper around and seeming to be productive. Alternatively, if your employer provides paid sick leave, you can take advantage of it by staying at home and resting. In addition, you receive a salary for your efforts.

The majority of the things mentioned above (with the exception of the advantages and getting paid merely for showing up) are true of Amway. Ambots are not involved in the day-to-day operations of Amway. It is the Amway cult leaders who run their programmes like tiny Hitlers and dictate what the cult members should do. Ambots are incapable of making major decisions. Those have already been completed elsewhere. What exactly do they say at Amway meetings? Simply follow our instructions because someone else has already carved the route for you. Being an Amway Independent Business Owner (IBO) is similar to having a job, with the exception that you get paid.

Being the owner of a legitimate business is similar to having a job in reverse. You are no longer under the supervision of a superior since you are the superior. You are solely accountable for every aspect of your company, and there is no one to direct you on how to prioritise your job; you must figure it out for yourself. Marketing, legal, banking, accounting, negotiating contracts, and making major choices are all tasks that fall to the business owner's responsibility. And all of those million tiny things that used to be handled by other people – well, you're the business owner, so you've had to take care of them yourself now. Do you require a vehicle, as well as office equipment and supplies for your company? Guess who is the one who purchases them — you, the business owner. Do you require information or assistance with a task? That's something you'll have to work out for yourself or hire someone to do for you. You must set a budget and keep track of your spending if you want to ensure the longevity of your company. A business that is losing money every month and is not profitable will not be able to operate for an extended period of time. It is necessary to show up and run your business even if you are sick, injured, weary, or hungry; otherwise, your business will generate no revenue. You are solely responsible for the success of your company and the level of earnings it generates; otherwise, you will go hungry and will be without a place to sleep.

That last phrase explains why Amway Ambots need a job in order to maintain their expensive habit of acting as though they are a legitimate business owner. Because Ambots do not own a legitimate firm, they do not need to think of their operation as a legitimate business. Amway is little more than an expensive social club, with the cost of membership running into the hundreds of dollars each month, or else you risk incurring the wrath of the Amway cult leaders. Another expense is the expense of bringing in new members or risk incurring the wrath of the Amway cult leaders.

There is absolutely nothing at Amway meetings or activities that educates ambots how to be successful entrepreneurs. I'm confident that readers will gain more business knowledge from reading this blog than they would have gained from attending an Amway conference! A real business owner has the ability to choose which conferences and trade exhibitions to attend each year, if any at all. In order to attend all Amway gatherings, which are simply repeated every three months with the same old nonsense and no actual training, an Amway Ambot is reprimanded by the Amway cult leaders for not attending all Amway functions. In the meantime, they will be ridiculed in Amway meetings until they buckle under the pressure and hand over their money to the Amway cult's top brass.

In the real world of business, you will not be treated like that!
