Selling Amway Products on Amazon

My amazement at finding Amway products for sale on Amazon was just coincidental; I came upon them completely by chance.

First and first, I'm fairly certain that Amway has a restriction prohibiting you from selling your Amway wares on the internet.

That being said, a lot of former IBOs have had to get rid of that overpriced junk in some way, and I've seen it sold on eBay, and I'm sure IBOs are selling it on Craigslist as well as other places.

But what about Amazon? I understand that it is difficult for me to comprehend the concept that Amazon sells items other than books. It is crucial to clarify that Amazon the firm does not sell Amway products, but rather individual sellers who have Amazon accounts do so. However, I was under the impression that folks with Amazon accounts were selling their secondhand books rather than household things.

Okay, so it's possible that some former IBOs are attempting to liquidate their inventories. If they are not currently active IBOs, they aren't going to give a damn about breaking Amway's guidelines. There is a difficulty with selling vitamins and energy drinks because all of them have expiration dates on them. Who is to say that a date hasn't passed without a trace?

Once, Amway sent us protein shakes that were no longer fresh. After we protested, they refused to us a refund or credit for our money. I ended up tossing them in the garbage after that.

I'm not convinced that these are inactive IBOs hawking Amway dross on the Amazon marketplace. I believe that active IBOs are stockpiling inventory (again, a violation) in order to raise their PV and then selling it on Amazon in order to recover their financial losses from their efforts. There are presently 188 items available for purchase from a seller known as Totalbeautyzone, the vast majority of which appear to be Amway products. I really don't know. That appears to be an unreasonable amount of shares for an IBO who is leaving the business. On this seller, I'm going to have to go with the professional liar theory.

I made the decision to conduct some contrasting. On Amazon, Totalbeautyzone is selling XS Energy Drinks at a discount. Cranberry Grape Blast, in instance, is available for $38.88 per bottle. He or she has a total of four on hand. The pricing from Amway is $26.88.

This makes a great deal of logical sense. If someone had a strong need for pee water, they could purchase it from Amway or an Independent Business Owner (IBO) rather than spending an additional $12 to purchase it from Totalbeautyzone. As if we needed any more evidence that IBOs are out to take advantage of us!

Totalbeautyzone, on the other hand, is providing a better discount on the Tropical Blast taste, which is $36.88. I looked into Amway. $26.88. He/she is only ripping off clients by $10 on that particular flavour, and he/she only has two cases remaining in stock of that flavour.

What exactly is going on with the Naranja Blast? Totalbeautyzone has a price tag of $42.88 and has 2 units available for purchase. What does Amway have to say about this particular flavour? $38.88. I was under the impression that all of those horrible piss waters were the same price. Take advantage of me! Take advantage of me! Amway uses a foreign term to label a can in order to charge a greater premium for the product? Come on, you can do better than that! We all learned Spanish in high school, which was a great experience. Orange is referred to as naranja. Save money by purchasing the Citrus Blast for $26.88 instead. As a result, one could argue that Totalbeautyzone is offering a little better deal by only charging clients $4 more than the Amway price.

I'm aware that Amazon imposes a commission on things sold through their store, so I assume Totalbeautyzone has factored in the cost of doing business with Amazon when setting their prices.

If it isn't because it costs Amazon nothing to allow anyone to have a marketplace storefront, I'm not sure what the reason is for Amazon not banning Amway products from their website. Amway is a source of revenue for Amazon.

It's amusing how Amazon is brought up as a parallel to Amway at every board meeting - except, of course, that Amazon stinks when compared to Amway, at least in the minds of the presenters who have been brainwashed.
